FERMENTED CABBAGE PROBIOTIC DRINK???

here is a recipe for a fermented cabbage drink:
Vitamix: 4 cups of cabbage/kale or combo of each; 4 cups of good water (never tap), 2 tablespoons of pink fine grade Himalayan salt.
Mix and put into quart jars, sealing with lids and sit out on counter for 3 days till fermented, then you can open, stir and store in fridge to begin to drink cold

WILL THIS TRULY FERMENT, CONSIDERING THE QUANTITY OF 4 CUPS OF WATER/ PER QUANTITIY OF CABBAGE AND SALT (2 TBL SPOONS OF SALT)?? IN 3 DAYS??

THEY SAY THAT...this floods you system with pre and pro biopics while purging you of anything bad... including parasites....
