i am a fabulous cook but a terrible fermentor! i bought the art of fermentation in 2012 and failed again and again. i never sought advice, just stuck to the book. so, here i am now, ready to give it another go! i have a burning question about my garden hot peppers i just processed but will wait until my intro is accepted until i ask...glad to be here!!! -jesse
