Hey there. I'm Kris, a professional nerd in the Raleigh NC area. I've mostly just fermented alcohol, a lot of amateur experimentation with sometimes pretty good results and sometimes vile ones. Looking to start dabbling again, got airlocks and a fermentation bucket on the way and looking forward to starting with basic fruit wines but interested in other alcohols, vinegars, miso and some other stuff.
I'm into music (play mostly stringed instruments and sing), knife collecting, general techy stuff, and learning new things regularly.
I guess I initially signed up before the change to have a first post before posting, so I'm glad I caught the note so as not to be confused.
