My wife got me some Easy Fermenter lids for my birthday last month and I have three jars of stuff under the lids. So far, they seem sturdy and the gasket seems sound. Anyone else use these?

Hi all, apparently those folks also make a newer product called My Mason Makes. See this as an example of the system.

Does anyone here have any experience with them? And especially, have you used them to vacuum-store dry goods? Coffee bean experience would be most valuable. :-)
