White mold on surface of cider.

I have a batch of hard cider destined for cider vinegar.
It's open fermenting so it will oxidize and I will add mother of vinegar when it is dry.
I am concerned though because I am getting a white/translucent film of mold on the surface.
Is this something that I should be concerned about?

Hopefully someone who knows better will come by, but my guess is that it isn't mold. I bet it's just some wild yeast that leaves a floaty residue. It's been a few years since we brewed any cider, but when I saw stuff like that, I'd just churn the surface under a couple times each day.
