I would love some recipes too if anyone is out there.
Have many nettles here just about to flower. Tasty little things, but too many of them. What a great idea making beer from them.
Are you making a brew with grain and nettles or just nettle tea, sugar and yeast, or something else?
What recipes didn't work for you and what went wrong?
I'm actually thinking of making a nettle mead, maybe, see how it goes. But blanched nettles also go fantastic in bread, so I'm not certain what I'm going to do with this excess of nettles.
