Max brew time for coconut milk kefir?
Posted: Fri May 29, 2015 8:12 amI've read online that it's a maximum of 24 hours. Is that because there is no lactose in coconut milk? Thanks.
(In between coconut milk kefir brews, I would put the grains in cow's milk, in order to revive them.)
