Perfect Tempeh

A new batch of tempeh was made. A slice about an inch thick is eaten for breakfast each morning. It is a fine protein source.

I got them from an outfit called Staples and another called Bath and Beyond. First is a stationary, second is a kitchen supply. They are absolutely perfect for making tempeh.
