I took a loaf of my Mixed Dal tempeh and cut it in half and then sliced them thinly.
Now I soaked the squares in a mix of water, kosher salt, and sucanat for 30 minutes then baked them at 350 F for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes I flipped them and coated both sides with extra virgin oil olive. Next I basted the squares with my favorite BBQ and bake for 10 minutes, flipping them after 5 minutes and then applying more BBQ sauce. One final coat of BBQ sauce and then finished them off by baking them for another 10 minutes.
