I have recently discovered the raw & fermented Zukay salad dressings and love them... the problem is that they are expensive!
After reading the ingredients, I know I can make something very similar but I'm new to fermentation... which is how I found this site. :)
Is anyone familiar with these dressings and/or have any advice on how to make fermented salad dressings?
Ingredients in one of my favorite flavors:
red pepper, tomato, water, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, live active culture
Can I just blend the veggies & herbs, cover with water and wait? Is it really that simple? :)
