Hi,

I don't know how many you are traditionalists or experimenters with the recipe, but this will be my first batch, and I am thinking cabbage grated carrots, and grated daikon radish, will the extras effect the frementation process at all?
I am also wondering if I can add a bit of liquid such as apple cider, how will it effect the 'brew'?

Any advice?
