I use a little bit of something in just about everything, and often eat it straight as well. In particular I make a lot of salsa, and put it in eggs for breakfast, salad dressing for lunch, and top steak or pork with it for dinner. Sometimes I cook with it, which I know kills the beneficials, but the taste is still great.
I also put kraut on lots of things, or as a side dish, and I snack on green beans or celery if I snack at all.
Currently looking at things and pondering about stuff.
