Acid Reflux

Hi there

Perhaps a strange thread considering it is my first one but here goes, do any of you have experience of fermentation helping with acid reflux, I have it and would much prefer a natural alternative to the current effective drug omerprazol which perhaps has detrimental effects over the long term?

Thanks in advance and in the mean time I will be reading thru the forum to help me get started with my initial ferment of Saurkraut.

Hey Ped my baby has acid reflux and drinking kombucha and eating ferments helps her greatly. Go for it and break away from big pharma.
