Hi, I'm new here. Just opened my first bottle of brewed kombucha and it's not too bad.
Before bottling, I added some blueberries, dried cranberries, and a bit of ginger. I let it sit for three days and refrigerated it for a day. It's tasty, and really strong like vinegar, but not very carbonated.
I have another bottle of the same batch and I'm wondering if I took it out of the refrigerator, would it become more carbonated? Or should I just let it be and keep it cold, hoping for more carbonation next batch?
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
