I bought Katz's book Wild Fermentation. Love it...can't put it down. My counter is full of sauerkraut, radishes, green tomatoes, kombucha, and garlic. Much to my wife's dismay as she hates what she calls "clutter" on the kitchen counters LOL. Anyway to get back to my subject. I followed katzkrauts recipe for ginger beer to the T. The bug bubbled for 2 days before I began to bottle it in my clear flip cap bottles. I did feed it as instructed to in the book. Well it's been a week since bottling and still no pressure or carbonation in the bottles. Any help please?
