Buckwheat Rejuvelac?

Just wanted to know if anyone here has experimented with making buckwheat rejuvelac? I assume the method really is the same - soak then sprout the buckwheat grouts and then let ferment in a gallon of water. I'm looking for a gluten-free version and will try quinoa, just wondering about making with buckwheat.
