Hello,

I'm Laurent, I've been making some vegetable lacto-ferments recently and did a few beers a few years ago.

Now I'm currently making my first fermented fish sauce (I could call it a garum). I hope I can share my knowledge and learn from people's experiences here.

I'm also partly joining this group because I had questions concerning meat and fish fermentation and wished to get more knowledge on how to do it properly and whether my current one will work out or not.
