Quick intro from me before I dive in and ask for help!
I'm a beekeeper in Yorkshire, UK. First made mead & melomel years ago, before I kept bees and I want to get back to it, but trying wild fermentation this time.
I have the book 'Make Mead Like a Viking' and have just extracted this season's honey so have my first batch on the go. It's not going well, so I'm heading over to the other parts of the board to post for help
