Hello,
I just wanted to introduce myself 'per the rule', my name is Nick, I'm from the north country of New York State. I only started fermenting in November '23. So far I have made several Kimchis, Giardiniera, Curtido a couple sauerkrauts and currently I'm bottling up my second batch of Komucha. I have had mostly success.
I hope to spend some time here ask questions learn stuff and continue enjoying ferments. Our growing season is starting, I'm psyched!
