The Ethics of Fermentation – Is it Justifiable?**.

Postby Franknak on Sun Sep 29, 2024 7:54 am

Is it ethical to experiment with wild fermentation techniques that might unintentionally introduce harmful bacteria or allergens into food? As home fermenters and enthusiasts, how can we balance creativity in our culinary experiments with the responsibility of ensuring safety for ourselves and others?",

I admit, this is a pretty intriguing introduction, but the use of quotes and the way it trails off kind of stinks of an amateur bot using an LLM. Are you a real person? What have you fermented? And have you encountered any problems with "harmful bacteria or allergens"?
