Hi Everyone,

I am happy to have successfully registered on this lovely forum.

I have recently been experimenting a little bit with fermenting. I have been vegan for the last five years and I am now hoping to incorporate more fermented foods into my diet. Being Polish, I love fermented dill cucumbers and sauerkraut. I make sauerkraut on regular basis following my grandma's recipe. I live in the UK and I have a couple of fermenting vessels that my mum bought for me in Poland, a couple of Ongi pots that I use for Kimichi and Kkakdugi, and several fermenting jars. Other sorts of fermented wonders are new to me.

I look forward to reading the posts on this forum.
