Greetings from nor-cal

Hello friends,

I am fermenter living in Northern California. I started with sauerkraut a bunch of years ago and fell in love with the process and fermented foods. I have attended a handful of fermentation events and met some truly amazing and creative people in the process.
My regular ferments these days are sauerkraut, beet kvass, & pickled garlic. One of the things that I strive to do is to create healing foods that taste great. I believe that by fermenting certain foods, I can increase their bioavailability.
I look forward to meeting others and sharing recipes and ideas.
