Hello from Bothell WA

Hello just wanted to say hello and hope there are some things I can learn here. I fermented sauerkraut about 10 years ago and just got back into using the easy fermenting lids on the large mouth jars. So far working out great but with all the info I am seeing now online I am excited about all the different possibilites for recipes! Is there a good ketchup recipe that doesnt use vineger? All the ones I see use vinegar and yet I read on some sites that using vinegar will kill the ferment.
