Hello!

I've recently gotten back into veggie fermentation and am in need of a place to post questions, look for recommendations, and discover new ideas. So far I've fermented sauerkraut, krautchi, beets, and carrots. For Christmas this year I got two beautiful 2 gal ceramic crocks, one of which has already been filled with 12 pounds of krautchi. Oh! And I have two amazing sourdough starters on top of my fridge that I hope to put to use in the near future.
