Hello fermentation folks! I'm Izzy from Oakland, CA. I've been home fermenting for several years now, mostly vegetable ferments and some kombucha/sodas, but I'm excited to start branching out into new territory. Trying to take advantage of all this free time at home I suddenly have! I currently have my first ever loaf of gluten free sourdough baking in the oven, in fact. Fingers crossed it turns out OK and I don't need to come back here asking for help, haha!
