Hello - My name is Liz, and I am happy to have found this forum. I was introduced to fermenting many years ago - after a local kraut maker offered a workshop. I was hooked! I have explored a variety of ferments with Sandor Katz and his books as my guide. So many people in my community are now interested in fermenting - I wanted to connect with others and find ways to continue to learn, share and pass along these amazing human traditions.
