Hello, I’m in western NC. I first started fermenting with Sandor Katz book in 2007. I moved around the country a bit which enabled me to experiment with different plants. I enjoy foraging and wild yeast brews. I recently got into clabbered milk and cheese. Sometimes I have idea I want to research and I thought this might be a great place to find ideas. I am about to start autumn olive wine with A queens Anne’s yeast. My current ferments include mugwort ale, black raspberry mead, kombucha, clabber and ACV.
