I am known as 3rd in most places that I hang out.
I am a semi retired farmer that has spent the last 16 years Growing all sorts of crops.
I mostly grow Cabbage around 4-5 tonnes a season.
I shred the cabbage and sell it on for fermentation and I also ferment around half a tonne for family and friends.
I live in Poland but am English by birth
I run a very small forum On souring and fermentation .

I am hoping to find some new interests within your boards as there has to be more to fermentation than just the vegetables that I do.
I grow all my cabbage in a real alternative way with no chemicals.
This season I hand weeded 2600 cabbages by hand twice.
Anyway I think I have dragged this on enough for an intro.
