Hi,
My name is Alice and I’ve been fermenting for decades, but during covid I came down with a sourdough making addiction. That has now branched out into many other ferments, including having recently purchased Natto spores. That’s why I’m here. To have a place for one last post after I make my first Natto, with people who understand.
