I've been fermenting Kefir somewhere between 5 and 10 years. Have been using raw goat's milk for about 2 and love it. My dad makes sauerkraut with a few other vegetables in like pepper and carrots. It quite often has Coriander seed in which I really like. Hoping to try and ferment some seeds sometime in the near future. Wondering where to post?
