Quick intro and thanks

Hi all,
My name is Prajna and I've been fermenting for probably close to 10 years now. I bought Sandor Katz first book right when it was just published and fell in love. I've been doing sauerkraut for many years, but have also done pickles, kombucha, kefir, beets (that was interesting) and now I am having some issues with my sauerkraut (lids not sealing) and registered to get some your expert opinions. Although I have periodically browsed this board, I had never posted before.
Thanks for having me and for sharing your wisdom.
