Hello from the UK

Hi all, newbie here from a cold and miserable Uk. I don’t think fermenting is generally done that much here apart from wine and beer but thought I would give it a go anyway .
To date I have only made tempeh, kimchi and yoghurt but am really wanting to try fermenting different vegetables and am sure I will have questions.
