Looking forward to learning

Thank you for creating and moderating this site/community.
I am new to fermentation and looking forward to learning more, especially about fermenting things from gardens.

I have only tried one thing so far: a neighbour gave me some figs and I fermented them with onion, cardamom and tea leaves (a recipe I found). Absolutely delicious. Trying sauerkraut now.
