Hi,
Posting here to introduce myself. I regularly make yogurt, kimchi, kraut, brine pickles, and mead. I have regularly made sourdough bread and kombucha in the past. A friend got me started on this journey 15+ years ago with a bunch of dumpstered milk and some yogurt starter his grandmother had brought from Lebanon when she immigrated to the US...........
Looking forward to joining the forum so I can ask about a weird batch of kimchi......
