I got a wild yeast fermenting some plums and I wanted to keep the strain for future use. So I took some of the unfiltered must, put it in an ice cube tray, and popped it in the freezer. Will I be able to revive this to use the same strain in a future ferment? Is there a better method, it's still fermenting...
