I'm trying to make tej for the first time.
The gesho inchet started growing mold hairs and I took it out about a week earlier than I wanted to.
Today, the whole thing is covered in white fur.
I've removed it, but is this recoverable?
It smells amazing.
I've never made tej before. It was in 2 days with wild yeast and then I added a hair of mead yeast.
Help!
