To stir or not to stir ACV during second ferment.

ACV newbie here.
I am doing my first batch of ACV (25 liters worth). I am on the second ferment phase and it seems things are going good. It already has a nice vinegar smell.
My question is should I stir it or let it sit undisturbed? I have searched around and the opinions are split.
