Adding more scraps to apple scrap vinegar
Posted: Tue Mar 02, 2021 11:39 pmWe have had our first decent apple harvest. they are eating apples, and we want to eat them as they are. I would like to make apple scrap vinegar, but obviously I won't have a pile of scraps all at once. Is it OK to start a vinegar brew, and keep adding more scraps as they come to hand?
