I started a ginger bug about 4 or 5 days ago using the recipe in Wild Fermentation and instead of bubbling, mine has white/light green mold spots on it. Should I skim those off the top and keep feeding it or consider it "done" and start over. I don't see anything about mold on a ginger bug so I'm worried I might have done something wrong...
