I know there was already a similar post for this but I could not discern what I should do.
I am making Honey Wine, followed the directions. On the fourth day the book says it should be bubbly and then transfer the honey wine into bottles. Well, I don't have bubbling, but I have a thin froth at the top and 3-5 small mold spores on top as well.
What steps do I take now? Scoop the mold off? Wait longer for the bubbling and then transfer?
