Quick look at it - it's kinda cool, but...in principle it already exists, or at least the parts to put together a system like it exist. The thing is many brewers are into brewing because of the DIY factor, and that definitely includes the equipment, brewing being very equipment-oriented.

Here's an analogy: It's kinda like owning a Ferrari and having someone maintain it for you vs. rebuilding a classic hot rod and knowing every nut and bolt under the hood. I think most home brewers fall in the classic-car category. But I'm sure it will appeal to some.
