Has anyone managed to get a hold of gesho/woody hops for making Ethiopian T'ej/honey wine? I recommend looking into it if you haven't. I managed to get some straight from Ethiopia and fermented it in a smoked vessel as it is traditionally done in Ethiopia. More info here:
