Making Chateau Romani with Raw Milk and Sodium hydroxcide

Chateau Romani is a recipe from the Legend of Zelda franchise.

I looked at romano cheese and it is a salty cheese.

I'm thinking maybe if you add food grade sodium hydroxcide to it then ferment it then you will have a liquid Chateau Romani.

Anyone heard of this
