I am trying to make chickpea tempeh and i'm a bit confused if my tempeh is good or not? It has quite a bit of greyish fuzz but smells fine. Can anyone help?
Also, can you leave it too long it gets too moldy? I took this picture this morning and won't be home until later this evening to put it in the fridge. With the rate at which it seems to be growing i'm afraid it might be too late! Please help!
