thanks! took couple of years and switch from plastic bags to baking trays was quite painfull but it worked out at the end! this forum helped a lot!!

That’s awesome! Do you cover your tempeh dishes with anything or leave them uncovered in the fridge-incubator?

I cover them with wet tea towel that I keep moist all the time
