Hi found this recipe and can vouch it is easy and works well. Made 3 variations My 8qt I used stainless bowl as I have no InstantPot strainer. I have no glass lid so I used saran wrap poked with toothpick and towel. Also 20 hours proofing not 22. Came out best I have made.
