Adzuki Tempeh 1/20/2020

Here's a batch of Adzuki tempeh with toasted sesame seeds. Incubated in Instant Pot Ultra 6 quart for total of 36 hours. Tempeh was made in Pyrex 3 Cup rectangular container with aluminum foil lid. Holes were punched every inch with bamboo skewer. Unit was set to run for 18 hours using the Yogurt function set to Low. Temperature of tempeh topped out at 106 degrees F after 36 hours.
