Mixed Dal Tempeh

Tempeh was made from split pigeon peas, split red lentils, split black lentils, and toasted sunflower seeds.

Made one batch using 4 ounce mason jars as the form. Didn't think it would work to fill the jars with 50 grams of mix and then turn them upside in my incubator with the sealing rings dialed back until they were just hanging on. Tempeh is one inch high and about 2.5 inches in diameter.

Here's what two of the rounds look like sliced.
