Air fried tempeh

Here's some course bulgur wheat that I diced into cubes.

Here's what happens when you air fry those cubes after tossing them with olive oil, smoked paprika, Ancho chili powder, and kosher salt. I did them at 385 F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket every two minutes.
