My white navy bean miso

My navy bean miso is now 6 months and two weeks old. Decided to have a taste. Aside from being quite salty, it was mild and smooth. Look forward to combining with other flavors and enjoying it. I think I did good.

Awesome; congratulations!

My misos have been pretty funky. Edible, but it's the only ferment where I prefer commercial product to my own.
